Most log-in issues occur due to one of two reasons:
1) You do not have an account. If you are unsure if you have an account, don't try to log in! Use the reset password option instead. It will tell you if you have an account or not.
There are two ways you can have an account:
- An account is created upon your first purchase from the shop.
- Karen has created an account for you. (Wholesale customers)
2) You have entered your email address/username incorrectly. There are limits to how many times you can try to log in, and then you are locked out for 10 days.
